Disconnection

Water services are disconnected if :

• water bills are not paid within 30+ days after receiving monthly bills
  
  OR
   
• customer requests for disconnection upon changing residence

 

Reconnection

Water services are reconnected after :

• water bill has been paid in full plus $70tala of reconnection fee
  
  OR
   
• 70% of water bill amount has been paid plus $70tala of reconnection fee

 

For New Connections

New water connection applications cannot be approved if previous owner of registered land has unpaid / outstanding water bills
